I recently read a social media post where a couple was asking if anyone had ever heard of a travel trailer with quad bunks. they continued by saying that the local RV salesman told them that a floorplan with 4 bunks doesn’t exist. The first thing that came to my mind was the RV dealership just didn’t have any travel trailers with quad bunks on the lot, and the salesman wasn’t willing to do the research to find any.
Finding travel trailers that provide enough sleeping space for large families can be challenging. While most campers have convertible sofa and dining areas, these sleeping areas need to be converted every night and every morning.
A great solution to this dilemma is a travel trailer with a quad bunk floorplan. These RVs with a dedicated space for multiple bunks offer a second bedroom for privacy and free up space in the living area of the RV.
In this article we are going to look at 6 travel trailers with quad bunks for large families that just need a little extra space in their RV. And if the salesman mentioned above is reading this, here are just a few examples.

What Is A Bunkhouse RV?
In travel trailers and fifth wheel RVs, a bunkhouse refers to a specific floorplan that has a separate room with two or more bunks, like bunk beds. These rooms are typically located at the rear of the camper and often contain at least one slide-out to maximize space. These floorplans will contain two, three, and yes, four bunks, which makes these travel trailers with quad bunks perfect for traveling with a large family or a group of friends.

6 Travel Trailers With Quad Bunk Floorplans For Large Families
1. Dutchmen Kodiak 3321 BHSL

I must admit that I am somewhat partial to the Dutchmen Kodiak. After all, Kellie and I have one. We don’t have a model this large or with the amenities that the 3321 BHSL offers, but we are still very pleased with ours.
The Dutchmen Kodiak 3321 BHSL, on the other hand, is packed with amenities. Not only does this travel trailer have four bunks for sleeping, but it also has a king bed in a private Master bedroom. If you have a large family and need tons of sleeping areas, this Kodiak might be just for you.
In the bunkhouse you will find a set of off-set bunks on one side and a bunk with a convertible table located in the slide on the other side. The bunk beds are off set to accommodate the outdoor kitchen. We’ll cover that shortly.
